Community is at the heart of mindful + free.

​

We log-in 10 minutes before each session to host community discussions because feeling heard and seen is key to our human experience.

​

Even if you don't share, there is value in you showing up. Especially when our lives of stressful, busy, and chaotic, showing up can be really challenging.

​

It has been scientifically proven that a consistent, mindfulness practice will decrease stress and increase productivity, focus, and resilience.

​

It's also been scientifically proven that community provides a sense of belonging, connection and support that can improve mental and physical health.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the sessions recorded?

​

YES!

Recordings are available on the calendar for 7 days afterwards. Find the date and click on the "replay available" icon after class.

Are the discussions recorded?

​

No.

We gather 10 minutes before for community discussion, which is not recorded. Only the meditation and movement sessions are recorded.

Do I have to have my video on?

​​

It is totally up to you if you're comfortable with your camera on or off. You are welcome to participate just as you are without judgement.

Can I do mindful movement if I have an injury or disability?

​

Absolutely!

Always listen to your body and do what feels safe for you. The sessions are meant to feel accessible and welcoming for all body types.

What if I'm late or can't make it?

​

Totally fine.

We so ask that you keep your audio muted if joining after the session starts. You can also do the recording within 7 days if you miss the session.

What if I can't clear my mind?

​

Not a problem!

Mindful meditation and movement are focused on meeting our mind and bodies without judgement. Come as you are... chattery mind and all.

What if I have a question after the session ends?
