Manifesting begins with the ming+ming steps

Manifesting never really worked for me the way it works for other people.
I'd see things on social media or listen to people swearing that they could manifest success, love, vacations, dinner reservations, ANYTHING!
I'd try some stuff... mindset, visualization, believing the future was already in existence... it just never seemed to work.
The only thing that seemed to work was good old fashioned goal setting, hard work, networking, playing the game, earning it.
But that wasn't magical, right? Manifesting should be easier, right?
And that's why I really was drawn to this podcast. It not only talked about the neuroscience of manifestation but it literally validated the first 3 ming+ming steps.
Be kind to yourself. ming+ming step 1 is negative reel and getting into the habit of being kind and loving to yourself instead of being super critical all the time.
Know who you are. ming+ming step 2 is ego vs. identity. We have to really know our core values so we understand who we really are instead of always chasing our egos.
Dream big. ming+ming step 3 is pie in the sky. It's actually really hard to visualize your pie in the sky with no strings attached! But once we get it, it sets our course to move forward with confidence.
It was such a confirmation to know that I wasn't doing manifestation "wrong."
I learned that manifesting was hard for me because my negative reel was limiting my beliefs and subconsciously self-sabotaging my success.
So here's my equation for manifesting...
Being kind to myself + knowing my core values + visualizing my pie in the sky = achieving my life of confidence and ease
What do you think? What's your recipe for manifesting? Share in the comments below please!
With love,
