We just love the way Dr. Martha Beck explains how we get in our own way. It's understandable, logical and gives such deep insight into how we think and how that determines our decisions. She has incredible insight into where our anxiety stems from and how to shift our mindset to start to making the changes we're looking for to live a life with more freedom, more ease, and more confidence.


This helps with understanding your negative reel (step 1) and how to start shifting towards trusting ourselves and finding our purpose by tracking joy through feeling our bodies. In this postcast there's a great exercise that helps us with (step 3) discovering our pie-in-the-sky. It walks you through dreaming without strings attached or the practical restrictions we apply before we allow ourselves to dream for what we truly want for ourselves.
