Are you desperate enough? Then we want you!

When we know what we need to do but just don’t want to do it, then we’re not desperate enough for change.

The fact of the matter is that change does not occur until we cannot handle our status quo any longer. It's only the want to want to change that allows us to go from awareness to behavioral changes.

And if we are being honest with ourselves, sometimes we know we need to change but we just aren’t ready to put in the work. Meaning, if we start a healthier routine but don’t want to do it, then we’ll only be disappointed in ourselves when we fall back into old patterns.

Because the truth is most of us would rather stick with our unhealthy familiar habits than to deal with the fear of the unknown that comes with change.

WHAT ARE YOU DESPERATE TO CHANGE?

  • Eating healthier?

  • Recovering from a physical injury?

  • Working through childhood trauma?

  • Stuck in a career that brings little to no joy?

  • Only taking care of others without taking care of yourself?

Share your story in the comments below! Let's start a conversation to guide you from awareness to behavioral changes.

Tell us what you WANT TO change and what's been keeping you stuck from doing so.
