This past weekend, we embarked on an adventure that took us out of our comfort zones (one sister more than the other).
In celebration of Ming-Wai’s birthday, she chose to go to a yoga retreat on the central coast of California. Both of us had our apprehensions when we first arrived but as we took the time to reflect on our experiences, we both are so incredibly glad we invested this time for ourselves.
