raw authenticity with the korean vegan

Joanne Molinaro, the master of storytelling, has her own podcast! Perhaps it’s her calming energy, or perhaps it’s her made-for-podcast voice, or maybe it’s her tales of having forgein parents that makes me so drawn to her, but either way I love listening to this podcast.

Joanne has a way of telling her stories with real raw authenticity and it inadvertently gives me the permission to do the same. She covers emotionally charged topics like divorce, deciding not to have children, cultural disconnect with her foreign parents, toxic productivity and her once unhealthy relationship with food. No matter the topic she paints a picture with her words that leaves you moved and thinking of our own stories and the stories that came before our own.

Love,
