A common theme when we talk about wellness, self care, and healing journeys is time. It takes time to show up for yourself, prioritize, shift, rearrange, find creative solutions to our problems, pause, deep breaths...and who the hell has TIME for all of that?
We’re busy and deep down we know that our running around, performing to expectations that only exist in our minds, and trying to keep up with our go-go-go culture, is the opposite to being present and truly enjoying what we have, right here, right now.
But the thought of rearranging and redefining our lives to not only stop our inertia, but also to then create another trajectory all together seems near impossible. Who has the time to stop and do that? Or even pause for a minute? Who has the time to break bad habits, deal with decades-old hurt feelings, work through root causes, rebuild our relationships with ourselves, meal prep, and read a goddamn self help book? No thanks. I’ll choose the autopilot setting.
We get it. You’re busy, we’re busy.
That’s why our mission at ming+ming is to help you streamline your wellness. There is an overlap to dealing with mental, emotional and physical changes. You can’t change one without affecting the other.
And lastly, not everyone is going to have the same journey. One tool may work well for one person but do nothing for someone else.

We are excited to share a new yoga class starting this fall! We will be focusing on the root cause of pain and weakness in our bodies. The new yoga class will strengthen your pelvic floor, and core muscles that have been weakened by perpetual misuse, a lack of conditioning or complete unawareness, and damage created by carrying a child and/or childbirth.
